When will my order be shipped?
We ship out orders every Wednesday ad Friday via USPS. For example, if you place a order on Saturday it will be shipped Monday. From there USPS can take 2-3 days to ship to you. We are working to add more shipment days to our schedule.
Custom cakes, cookies, and party trays are shipped depending on when the order is needed, which can be specified when you submit a custom order form. We also deliver locally!
Can I pickup my order?
We are currently only offering delivery for all orders and will have local pickup opportunities coming soon!
When will I receive a response for my custom order?
Great question! Please allow us 2-3 business days to response to your request. We can’t wait to work with you :)
How can I order a Cookie Party Tray?
Did someone say party? We love parties! If you would like a cookie party tray please select “Other” on the custom order form under “Services” and specify that you would like a Party Tray. Also, let us know how many cookies and what flavors you’re looking for.
